IHA Health Plans are not available in the state of Washington

All health plans are effective on the first of each month. Applications received on the 1st - 15th of each month are effective the first of the next month. Applications received on the 16th - the last day of the month are effective on the first of the following month.

EXAMPLE:

Applications received on 10/12 becomes effective on 11/1.

Applications received on 10/23 becomes effective on 12/1.

Monthly submissions on the 15th of the month must be received by 5 pm EST
